I lost about 2500 trying to get my home refinanced in March of 2010. Like most of you, I lost that money too. I have been trying to get my refund from them, but havent heard from them yet.
I should have been smart when they said they do not accept credit card. But I paid cash, and that was that. However, I have all the initial converstaion with them at the time of signing recorded in my cell phone. I am not sure how much of this is going to help me if I ever decide to get some help from a lawyer.

If anyone of you have had similar experience and want help with the converstaion I have recorded, I maybe able to help. Get back to me.

Surprisingly, we got a partial refund of $1150 this week. Even more surprisingly, the check cleared !!! Of course they still owe us $2840. Complaints with the DRE & BBB have been filed. We should have known better -- they used to be a subprime lender. Con artists !! I sure hope they arrest these people. When it comes to real estate, you simply cannot trust anyone at all.... ever !!!!

Waiting for information re: the class action suit ~~ sign me up !!!

The same exact thing happened to me. Procity took $4590.00 from me and I got nothing. When I went to find out what was going on, the doors were locked up.
