The Commercial Real Estate Market is in CRISIS and it will be the next foreclosure wave to hit the United States. Yes, this is a nationwide problem and every state and city is being affected by it as you read this. Just take a look in your town and you will see many vacant buildings and strip malls. Office space vacancies are at an all time high. If the commercial property owners can’t collect enough money to pay their mortgage payments then they will default and eventually be foreclosed on if the do nothing about it.
